A Major London NHS Trust required a Specialist Programme Resource to deliver the following tasks for the new Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals, new Dental Education Centre and the new Phase 4 Proton Beam Therapy Centre

 

The objective of the tender was to deliver a multi-million pound 21st century digital environment which is future proofed for at least the next 10 years under difficult financial constraints

• Gather and finalise ICT and Digital Services Programme Requirements
• Set up Operational and Programme Governance activities
• Finalise the ICT and Digital Services Tender document

Outcome

We developed and put in place a Programme structure which kicked off all operational activities and provided governance to the Trust Programme & NHS Board
Liaised with all relevant Trust clinical and administrative departments, third-party suppliers and all ongoing major change projects to determine the current and future (1-10 Yr) requirements.
