Our client, an established IT services business offering support for local and national companies, needed to provide Programme oversight to their client, a local financial services provider. The programme of change would provide commercial growth and increase their technical capabilities through the introduction of a new CRM system, a replacement Call Recording system and upgraded Desktop and Infrastructure solutions including the introduction of Office 365 and Cloud technologies.
Without Programme Management resource of their own, our client requested Flexible PM provide the structure needed to successfully deliver the programme.

We provided an independent review of the work to be done, prioritised the key activities, documented the approach and got to work:
Initiating the vendor selection process for the call recording system replacement
Identifying vendors, inviting them to tender and managing the response, feedback, evaluation and decision processes
Developing a Programme structure to include Brief, Plan, Risk Assessment, Action Tracking and a weekly Reporting cycle to the management team
Re-evaluating the delivery timelines, setting realistic deadlines and keeping everyone on track
Successful vendor selection for new call recording system followed by quick and straight forward implementation process
A clearly outlined programme pack delivered weekly to the management team in order to keep them informed of progress and to highlight any issues or calls to action
